  • Manage tenant relations and provide timely response to issues and requests to insure
    tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain tenant records including lease terms, options and annual CAM billings.
  • Maintain logs and records of tenant communications.
  • Provide coordination and supervision of tenant fit-out projects as required.

Insurance
  • Negotiate and manage property insurance, including regular audit reviews of costs and
    coverage.
  • Audit and confirm tenant-required insurance coverage.
  • Obtain and confirm licensing and insurance compliance from vendors and contractors.

Security
  • Contract and manage property security systems and services.
  • Act on behalf of the owner for police, fire and emergency services.

Professional Services
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with attorneys, accountants and insurance
    agents.
  • Work with the attorney of choice on collection and legal matters.

Facility Maintenance
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
